If you are eating out, whether it is lunch or dinner, make sure that the other meals you are having should be extremely light and full of fiber (say, a glass of orange juice and a wholewheat bread for breakfast or sprouts/oats or any other healthy option) and you should have lots of water during the day. Eating out entails having varied type of food which may not suit your body type. Also, if you are going to have Indian style heavy food, it would be extremely good if you take 10 pallets of Carbo Veg, a homeopathic remedy that would prevent acid reflux. This can be taken 30 minutes before the meal and an hour after the meal as well.
So, if you are eating out (usually people go out for dinners), have a healthy and light breakfast (preferably between 7:30 am to 8 am), a light lunch (a mix of salads, fruits and pulses, say around 12:30 pm) and then possibly a fresh lime water (plain) at around 5 pm. If you still like your tea and coffee, no harm in having them, within moderate limits. Try to finish your lunch or dinner either with a simple fruit salad or with a bowl of plant-based yoghurt so that the intake doesn’t disturb your intestinal lining or create acid reflux in your body.
